Product Description

Shanghai Ruang Ultrasonic System converts electrical energy into high-frequency vibrational mechanical energy. Launched in 2003 and marketed for over 10 years, it resolves material clogging and low screening efficiency in powder processing. Optimized generator-transducer matching eliminates transducer overheating and ensures stable, high vibration output. Its stability, heat control and usability meet international advanced standards, with vibration effect and temperature control on par with Swiss and German counterparts.


Ultrasonic Generator Functions

  1. Also called ultrasonic power supply, provides stable, intelligent high-frequency electricity for transducers.

  2. Controls power output mode, current intensity and output level to match diverse working demands.

  3. Features 2 operation modes: pulse & continuous; 3 power levels: high, medium, low.

System Structure

  1. Cardiff link cable: Connects ultrasonic transducer and vibrating screen power supply.

  2. Connector: Aviation plug-in type.

  3. Transducer: High-performance ultrasonic transducer.

  4. Ultrasonic grid: Composed of external grid + resonator.

  5. Screen: Compatible with 10–800 mesh.

Working Principle 

  1. The system is composed of ultrasonic generator, Cardiff cable, transducer and resonator.

  2. Generator converts electricity into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation waves via the transducer.

  3. Oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonator to trigger resonance.

  4. Resonator evenly transfers vibration to the screen surface.

  5. Materials on the screen are subjected to dual vibration (low-frequency 3D vibration + ultrasonic vibration), preventing mesh clogging while boosting screening yield and accuracy.
