working principle

The ultrasonic screening system consists of ultrasonic generator, Cardiff cable link 

cable, transducer and resonator. The high-frequency electricity generated by the 

ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation waves through the transducer. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonator to make the resonator resonate, and then the resonator evenly transmits the vibration 

to the screen surface. The materials on the screen are vibrated by low-frequency three-

dimensional vibration and superimposed with ultrasonic vibration, which can not only 

prevent the mesh from blocking, but also improve the screening yield and accuracy.
