Working Principle
The ultrasonic screening machine consists of three parts: ultrasonic generator, transducer and resonance ring.
The high-frequency electrical oscillation from the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency ultrasonic waves by the transducer. The waves are then transmitted to the resonance ring to trigger its resonance, which evenly transfers vibration to the screen surface.
Materials on the screen undergo low-frequency three-dimensional vibration superimposed with ultrasonic vibration. This design effectively prevents mesh blockage, boosts screening yield and quality, and resolves common screening issues like strong material adsorption, agglomeration, high static electricity, high density, light weight and uneven specific gravity.
Our RA series ultrasonic vibrating screen delivers high screening accuracy and increased output, ideal for industrial fine screening applications **above 600 mesh**. Its core working principle is to add high-frequency vibration to traditional vibrating screen systems, increasing material acceleration, eliminating material adsorption on the screen, and enabling rapid material passage through the mesh.
